Experts on both sides of fence are claiming they can see the future. Some say, "look for a downward trend" others "the market has softened but nobody is giving away property", and finally there are those who believe that South Florida real estate is still below value based upon supply and demand. I see it this way: Family neighborhoods in good areas should remain reasonably solid with most of the opportunities being presented by homeowners getting sacked with their adjustable rate mortages skyrocketing.
